Components 3 Medium ova four Tablespoons caster sugars 250g (8½ oz) Mascarpone parmesan cheese 250ml (9fl oz) Chilly strong black espresso 5 Tablespoons associated with Brandy or even Rum
200g (7oz) Cloth or sponge fingers Unsweetened cacao powder or grated chocolates, to embellish




Technique
