Pasta with Mussels and Cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:

2 pounds of Mussels
3 cloves of chopped fresh garlic
1 package of cherry tomatoes-halved
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Long Pasta of your choice

In a non-stick pan over medium heat,
saute olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes.

Add the Mussels, tomatoes, wine, salt and
 pepper.   Cook until Mussels open, toss with fresh parsley.

*When buying fresh Mussels, they are usually cleaned.  Buy only one or same day of using!
