Artichoke Salad

Ingredients 

2 cans of marinated artichokes 
2 cups of small fresh mozzarella balls 
1 package of grape or cherry tomatoes 
½ cup of black olives 
1 small red onion sliced 

Dressing: 
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil 
¼ cup of white wine vinegar 
Salt and fresh ground black pepper 
Chopped basil leaves (10 large) 

Put all the ingredients into a large bowl—mix the dressing ingredients and toss
Sprinkle with basil leaves and season the salad with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
